Services between 10 PM and 6 AM local time are considered night services and incur additional night service fees. 5. Due to market and exchange rate fluctuations, quotes are only valid on the day of issuance. Service Guidelines: 1. Airport transfer and private charter services are one-time complete services. Mid-service interruptions or reuse are strictly prohibited. The entire service process must be completed in one session. 2. Duration & Overtime Fees: Base service duration is 9 hrs. Overtime fees must be paid on-site based on actual circumstances and real-time exchange rates. 3. Cost Coverage: No need to bear staff lunch expenses, fuel costs, parking fees, or highway service fees during service. 4. Additional Fees: Staff assistance with attraction admission tickets or restaurant reservations, extended service hours, and overtime fees must be settled on-site with corresponding staff. 5. Timing Standard: Service hours begin when passengers board at the agreed time. All time spent on transportation assistance, meal accompaniment, and out-of-town business trips counts toward service duration. 6. Pricing Rules: Services will be charged for the full 9 hrs regardless of actual usage time. 7. Please confirm the meeting time and location in advance.
