▲ The Moon Gate: Located in Mingcheng, Zhenbeibao, Xixia District, Yinchuan, this yellow earth archway was designed by art director Yang Gang and constructed with adobe. It served as the primary filming location for "Red Sorghum" (notably the scene where Jiu'er runs in her red wedding dress) and later became a shooting site for numerous films including "A Chinese Odyssey," establishing itself as a landmark of Northwest China's film industry.

▲ Mausoleum No. 3: Located in the south-central part of The Western Xia Mausoleum National Archaeological Site Park at the eastern foothills of Helan Mountain in Yinchuan, Ningxia; Archaeologically presumed to be the tomb (Tai Mausoleum) of Li Yuanhao, the founding emperor of the Western Xia Dynasty, with a burial area of approx. 150,000 m², it was inscribed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2025. Bordered by Helan Mountain to the west and the Yinchuan Plain to the east, the mausoleum faces approx. 30° southeast; Constructed around 1135, it has endured a millennium of natural erosion and human damage, with its underground chambers remaining unexcavated (only surface ruins have been cleared).

▲ Ancient Roman-style Open-Air Theater (Core): Featuring curved staircases, Roman columns, and European-style arches with 208 steps, it overlooks Yuehai Lake and the Helan Mountains. Bathed in golden sunset glow, this has become Yinchuan's "internet-famous photo spot".

▲ The Sun God (Helan Pass Landmark): Carved on a cliff over 20m high, this circular depiction features concentric-ringed eyes and radiating sun rays, representing ancient people's sun worship. The number of ray layers is speculated to relate to solar terms and calendars.
