[Must Read] Important Notes Before Joining the Tour

The boat boarding fee is 1,000 yen per participant, payable in cash on the day of the tour.

Guests using the diving twice or snorkeling/diving set package must pay 2,000 yen per person for two sessions.

For single-person reservations, an additional fee of 4,000 yen and a boarding fee of 1,000 yen (total 5,000 yen) must be paid on-site.

※ The meeting location may change depending on weather conditions. We will provide detailed tour meeting location information and announcements via email or available messenger apps.

※ On the morning of the tour, cancellation may be decided for safety reasons depending on weather or sea conditions. In such cases, the tour fee will be refunded, but transportation and travel expenses to the site will not be compensated separately. We appreciate your understanding.

Tour Update

If boat boarding is not possible (due to maintenance or exceeding capacity), we will walk to the Blue Cave via the stairs.

Boat fees are not charged.

● Notice Regarding GoPro Data Corruption

In extremely rare cases, there have been reports of GoPro's stored data becoming corrupted and irrecoverable.

In that case, for the customer in question

We will refund 1,000 yen per person as a photo service fee.

[Required] Participant Physical Information Request

-To prepare your equipment on-site, please provide your "height/weight/foot size/messenger ID with available contact method" when making a reservation.

-For guests who wear glasses with significant vision impairment, we provide prescription masks (recommended for prescriptions starting from -2.0).

[Important] In case of any changes to the meeting location, we will provide detailed tour meeting location information and announcements via email or available messenger apps.

Please be sure to inform us in advance if your contact information for the reservation has changed.

We will contact you via the email provided during booking or through an available messaging app.

If you have not received contact by 8 PM the day before the tour, please inquire.

[Upon tour participation]

Please provide the name of the reservation holder (or booking number) when joining the tour.

Please arrive at the designated location at your reserved time.

Please wear your swimsuit in advance and come to the designated location. As your shoes may get wet during the tour, we recommend bringing slippers.

Please bring your own towels, as rental may incur additional fees. We will do our best to ensure your safe travels.

For those concerned about seasickness, we recommend taking motion sickness medication before joining the tour.

The diving shop has its own insurance coverage, but we recommend purchasing travel insurance and joining the tour as an additional precaution.

※ In case of cancellation due to bad weather conditions, we provide a 100% refund. (Please note that tours will proceed as scheduled even if it rains.)

[Risk and Safety Management Guidelines]

* Participants aged 55 and above will undergo blood pressure measurement and complete a medical check sheet at the meeting point on the tour day.

For participants with a high BMI or larger physique, we may request basic health checks such as blood pressure measurement before the tour for safety reasons.

If blood pressure measurements exceed 130mmHg twice consecutively, tour participation will be restricted for safety reasons.

In this case, it will be considered as a same-day cancellation, making a refund difficult.

[Checklist] Please ensure none of the following items apply.

* Air travel is prohibited within 18 hours after diving.

* For the Blue Cave, due to the nature of the location, entry may be prohibited for safety reasons depending on weather conditions. In such cases, the dive point may be changed to a nearby alternative point (decided on the same day).

This point change does not qualify as a valid reason for modification/refund.

* In cases where high waves make the Blue Cave point inaccessible, you may be notified about the change of point either the day before the tour or early in the morning on the day of the tour. We appreciate your understanding in advance.

* The eligible age range for participation is from 5 to 58 years old.

* Participants who answer [Yes] to the following questions are not eligible to join. Please check carefully before applying.

-Do you currently have an ear infection?

-Do you have a history of ear infections, hearing loss, or balance disorders?

-Have you ever had ear or sinus surgery?

-Are you currently suffering from a cold, nasal congestion, sinusitis, or bronchitis?

-Do you have a history of circulatory problems, severe hay fever or allergic reactions, or lung disease?

-Have you ever had pneumothorax or chest surgery?

-Do you have a history of active asthma, emphysema, or pulmonary tuberculosis?

-Are you currently taking any medication with warnings about physical or mental impairment?

-Do you have any behavioral health, mental or psychological issues, or neurological disorders?

-Are you pregnant or possibly pregnant?

-Have you ever had artificial******sphincter surgery?

-Have you ever had heart disease, a heart attack, or undergone heart or vascular surgery?

-Have you ever taken medication for high blood pressure, angina, or blood pressure control?

- Are you 45 years of age or older with a family history of heart attack or stroke?
