The Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding, located in Chenghua District, Chengdu, is the world's largest giant panda ex-situ conservation base and scientific research and breeding center. Renowned for its simulated wild ecological environment, it boasts the largest captive populations of giant pandas and red pandas globally. After visiting the Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding, you'll be driven to the Mount Qingcheng Scenic Area(includes tickets but excludes tour guides) .
Mount Qingcheng, as the foremost among China's Four Sacred Mountains of Taoism, is renowned for its tranquil beauty, earning the accolade "Mount Qingcheng, unparalleled in its serenity." Surrounded by peaks and lush forests, it remains verdant throughout the year, with thousands of stone steps winding through mist-shrouded landscapes. Ancient Taoist temples and historical sites are scattered across the mountain, creating a harmonious blend of natural and cultural splendor.
