She also knew the system and got us in when we faced a long line from a fire alarm, and she knew the guides, staff and got us around easily. Even though I'm Italian and therefore had an Italian audio guide, the driver was very friendly and gave colorful descriptions, so much so that I understood them too. The drivers were also very helpful with providing information. Recommended.


