Important notes:
1. When booking, you cannot specify the transport company or select seats. If you are traveling as a family, customer support will try their best to arrange seats together based on availability, but this cannot be guaranteed.
2. Book at least 7 days in advance for Japanese holidays.
3. Tokyo departure points: platform 5 at Yaesu south exit of Tokyo station, Shinjuku express bus terminal, Ueno station (Iriya exit)

Please note that for reservations made within 30 days, the travel voucher will be issued according to the reservation date. For reservations made beyond 30 days, the voucher will be issued on the 30th day.
