Excellent experience on the first day arrived Frankfurt. 小陳picked us in airport and drove us around Frankfurt. He described the buildings and walked with us like tour guide. It’s really worth to book a car especially family trip.

Reviews: Neuschwanstein Castle and Linderhof Palace Day Trip from Munich

I would absolutely do this trip again, but only with Tour Guide Cansel and her father who is the driver for so many reasons. Cansel speaks English very well, is very approachable, tells history in a way that is interesting to listen to, and genuinely cares about each person’s experience on the tour. Her father, the driver, provided a very smooth ride out to the countryside, in snowy conditions, and back to the city at the end of the day. Often times on tours, even in my own country, I feel anxious because the drivers are not always thoughtful of their passengers. However, Cansel’s dad was timely, efficient, and even thoughtful. He even stopped to allow a cat to cross in front of the bus in one of the towns we drove through. We never felt rushed on any part of the experience. Cansel gave clear directions on timing of each stop, what to expect, and things to avoid. Unfortunately, I didn’t listen very well regarding the last castle stop and I went to the wrong castle. By the time I realized it was the wrong castle, I only had 25 minutes to get down the hill of the wrong castle and up the steep hill to the correct castle which is about a half-mile hike up. I made it but one-minute late. The guards are very strict and will not allow you entrance if you are late. But on my hike up the hill, I called a number that Cansel had given us earlier and was able to get a message relayed to her. She came to the entrance and was able to assist me with an actual entrance, which apparently is never allowed. I am so grateful to Cansel for her genuine care for each person’s experience and for helping me check off a bucket list item!
Reviews: Neuschwanstein & Linderhof - Fairytale Castles Tour from Munich

I booked this trip for my family and I, and it was the highlight of our Germany trip. In this tour we visited first the Linderhof Palace, and then a stop in a smaller town, and ended the tour at Neuschwanstein Castle. The entire trip was really comfortable. The bus is air conditioned and even has a bathroom for emergencies. Periodically throughout the scenic drive through the mountains, our guide Courtney would give us a deep understanding of Bavarian history and other customs and stories of the region. Courtney was a really excellent and knowledgeable tour guide as well! She was incredibly friendly and attentive to each individual on the bus, even though there might have been at least 50 of us. Overall, I would give this experience a 10/10, and would recommend this trip to others!
Reviews: Frankfurt Impressions Express - Highlights and Hidden Gems

This tour was a wonderful introduction to Frankfurt. Serkan was very communicative ahead of time to confirm our arrival in Frankfurt. He seamlessly picked us up at the airport and provided a lovely tour of the city. Serkan highlighted points of interest, such as the Main Tower, the Stock Exchange, the Fountain of Justice, the Alte Opre, St. Bartholomew's Cathedral, Old Town Frankfurt and Romerberg. We stopped and toured some of the above places depending on our interest level. I especially enjoyed the historical context Serkan provided along with stories that shaped the city of Frankfurt. Hidden gems were pointed out, including fabulous local coffee shops and lunch and dinner options. We ended our time together at a local establishment featuring apple wine and traditional German dishes including hand cheese, sausage and sauerkraut. After the tour was over he dropped us off at our hotel. This was a perfect transport from the airport to our hotel with a 3 hour city tour in between!
