This combo ticket is valid for 14 days from the date of redemption after any ticket is used. It cannot be used after expiration and no refund will be provided.

How to use

Sun Moon Lake Ropeway: 10:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Please present the booking QR code at the self-service ticket redemption machine on the second floor information counter of Sun Moon Lake Cable Car Station to redeem your paper ticket. Then proceed to the 3F cable car boarding platform at Sun Moon Lake Cable Car with your paper ticket, where staff will collect the ticket and stamp your hand before boarding.

To use the booking QR code for the Sun Moon Lake cable car, entry is only permitted at the Ita Thao Sun Moon Lake main station, not from the Formosan Aboriginal Culture Village station.

Sun Moon Lake Cruise: 08:00-17:00

Present the e-voucher (QR code) at either of the following two locations. Staff will scan the QR code for redemption, after which you can exchange it for a boarding pass to enter.

Shuishe Ticket Redemption Counter at the Pier Team: No. 11, Mingsheng Street, Yuchi Township

1F, Ita Thao Visitor Center (Yuchi Farmers' Association Gift Shop): No. 127, Wenhua Street, Riyue Village, Yuchi Township, Nantou County, 1F

Sun Moon Lake Bicycle Rental: 07:00-18:00

Present your e-voucher (QR code) at any of the following stores to redeem your car rental. The staff will scan the QR code to complete the redemption process for you to use.

Safe Ride: No. 149, Zhongshan Road, Shuishe Village, Yuchi Township, Nantou County (1-minute walk from Shuishe Visitor Center)

For Your Ride: No. 19, Zhongxing Road, Shuishe Village, Yuchi Township, Nantou County (Opposite the Zhongxing parking lot, next to 7-Eleven)

Chasing the Wind: No.174 Zhongshan Road, Shuishe Village, Yuchi Township, Nantou County (1F, Sun Moon Lake Fishermen's Association)

The Sun Moon Lake cable car is generally closed for maintenance on the first Wednesday of each month. Additional closure dates may be announced for annual major maintenance requests.
The Sun Moon Lake cable car may extend its operating hours to accommodate large-scale activities (such as the Cherry Blossom Festival) upon request. Operating hours may also be adjusted due to weather conditions, power outages, or system maintenance. Any changes to the operating schedule will be announced on-site or on the official website.
Sun Moon Lake cruise boats operate according to the regular schedule on weekdays, with departures every 20 minutes on weekends and holidays.
