If the shooting service is completed before 6:00 PM on the same day, the raw photos will be provided within 48 hours, basic retouching within 48 hours, and fine retouching within 7 days.

Excluded fees

1. Additional retouched photos (beyond the complimentary ones): CNY 15 per photo.

2. Makeup fee: Please contact customer support for makeup services.

3. Clothing cost

4. Transportation costs for customers to and from the shooting location.

5. Any additional expenses incurred during the shoot, including attraction admission tickets and transportation costs for long-distance travel, must be reimbursed by the client for the photographer.

6. Transportation costs between you and the photographer due to temporary shooting location adjustments

Additional fee for groups over 5 people: 50 CNY per person

Online customer support hours: 9:00 AM–12:00 AM

The shooting schedule includes: location, date, duration, number of participants, and start time. Guests can decide these details themselves and then contact customer support to check photographer availability.

The shooting process includes: confirming availability - making payment - verifying booking details - adding customer support on WeChat to create a shooting group - photographer communication one day before shooting - completion of shooting - contacting you within 24 hrs to check raw photos

Refinement period: 6–8 days

If you're not satisfied with the film photos after the shoot, you can request a reshoot or refund on-site. Once confirmed satisfactory, you may leave. No after-sales service for film photos will be provided afterward.

Retouching effects are subjective as everyone has different preferences. If you feel the retouching doesn't meet standards, you can request revisions, but we don't support switching to other photos for retouching or refund requests. We'll keep revising until you're satisfied.

Schedule Description:

1. Photography services primarily involve booking the photographer's available time slots. Therefore, please confirm availability with customer support before placing your order. Once booked, time slots cannot be divided or split.

2. The photo shoot duration starts exactly at the scheduled time. Once the timer begins, all circumstances—including your late arrival, last-minute location changes, breaks, meals, outfit or makeup changes, or uncooperative children—will count toward the total shoot time. We are not responsible for insufficient photo quantity resulting from these situations.

Instructions for multi-person or multi-family join-in tours:

One photographer serves one group of guests (e.g., a couple or a family). It is not recommended to have multiple couples or mothers with babies in a join-in tour shoot. Although join-in tour shoots offer price discounts, they result in relatively poorer outcomes in terms of photo quantity, quality, uneven distribution, and overall shooting experience.

Photography Guidelines

1. Apply a face mask and wash your hair the day before the shoot to look your best on camera!

2. Bring your ID and take sun protection and mosquito prevention measures when going out!

3. Please make preparations in advance for purchasing admission tickets, making entry reservations, buying boat tickets, queuing, transportation, etc. For paid attractions, the photographer's admission ticket needs to be reimbursed.

4. How to view photos: Within 24 hours after the shoot, our customer support will send you a link via Baidu Netdisk to view and download the photos.

6. Late/Early Departure Breach: The photographer will wait for a maximum of 15 min. After 15 min, the shooting time will begin to count normally. If the client voluntarily abandons the shoot before the scheduled time ends due to personal reasons, the fee will not be refunded.
