If the itinerary is unilaterally canceled by the steam train attraction's official authority due to force majeure (including but not limited to high temperatures, government or attraction safety control measures), we will assist with relevant refund or modification arrangements based on the actual situation:

(1) Cancellations and modifications can be processed normally if made 72 hrs or more before departure;

For cancellation or modification requests made 24-72 hours before departure, the incurred Penguin Island admission ticket fee will be deducted or supplemented.

(3) If the itinerary is canceled 0-24 hrs before departure, no refund will be issued as the resource has already been utilized. Alternatively, you may choose to change to the "Rainbow Shack + Penguin Island" itinerary, with any price difference refunded.

Puffing Billy Steam Railway is one of the best-preserved steam train lines in the world today. Sitting on the train's window ledge alongside many children, dangling your feet outside as it crosses wooden trestle bridges dozens of meters high and winds through the picturesque Dandenong Ranges is a delightful way to experience mountain scenery with childlike joy.

17:30 Phillip Island—Watch the Penguin Parade, including general viewing admission ticket (stay for approximately 1 hr 30 min)

[Winter Time] Arrive at Phillip Island around 5:15 PM, with the mass penguin parade occurring between 5:30 PM and 5:50 PM.

[Summer Time] Arrive at Phillip Island around 18:30 in the evening, with the mass penguin parade occurring between 19:00 and 20:00.

The island features a designated viewing area where visitors can observe the little penguins' nighttime activities up close. With ample lighting in the viewing zone, guests get clear views of the penguins' fascinating interactions as they return to their nests. Watching the petite fairy penguins waddle home with their round bellies is utterly endearing, and the heartwarming moment when chicks greet their returning parents always leaves a lasting impression.
