The e-application page for entering Thailand was malfunctioning, and I couldn't fill it out. Scanning the QR code at the airport check-in counter also didn't work! I was frantic when I suddenly found a paid service on Trip.com that could fill out the arrival card for me – very convenient and reasonably priced!★

This time, the entire Sawanu team was top-notch. The driver picked us up from the hotel on time and drove us comfortably. Upon arrival, our guide, Erwin, met us for an introductory talk and offered us breakfast. He was very friendly, attentive, and polite throughout the entire trip.★

Everything was great, except for the lunch, which wasn't great—rice with chicken, at least for me. The Thai guide was very friendly. He was concerned about everyone seeing everything. He even tracked a shark for us. The glowing plankton was nothing like the adverts.
