How to use
Venue Address: 210 St. George's Drive NE, Calgary, AB
To get your daily admission tickets, visit a sales window and present your Tiqets voucher and a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., driver's license or passport) to the Guest Relations team to exchange for a Zoo entrance ticket
Then proceed to the turnstiles to scan your ticket for entry
No re-entry after exiting
You are welcome to bring your own food and drinks
Please remember to not feed the animals
From Nov 14–Jan 4, daily ticket holders may enter 9am–1pm + stay till 5pm
Upgrade to the Sunlight to ZOOLIGHTS ticket during checkout for 1pm entry + ZOOLIGHTS at 5pm
Kids under 3 free
The last entry to Wild Canada is at 4:00 p.m.
The last entry to Penguin Plunge is at 4:15 p.m.
The last entry to all other animal buildings is at 4:45 p.m.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 23:58 3 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
