Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the shuttle departure time
Show your smartphone ticket to a Big Bus Tours staff member at the starting point at Dubai Mall/Abu Dhabi Mall or at any stops on the route to take advantage of the tour
Dubai Cruise departs at 11:00, 13:00, or 16:00 near Stop #5 (Arabian Dhow Cruise)
Dubai - Abu Dhabi shuttle operates on Tuesdays, Thursdays & Sundays. Departs from Dubai Mall at 08:15 & return shuttle departs from Abu Dhabi Mall at 16:00
The free shuttle is operated on either a Big Bus Tours double-decker bus or a Coaster Minibus.
Children under 5 travel for free
Those under 16 must be accompanied by an adult
There is no WiFi available onboard

If a cancellation request is submitted after 23:58 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
