I’ve lived in Egypt before so the delays in moving off to the airfield were nothing new to me, but meant that some quite elderly people had to ‘run’ to make it to our designated balloon. The individual cells in the basket are small, but everyone got on. The pilot was obviously very experienced and took us over a five mile course which included views over most of the major sites on the West Bank from Seti I’s temple to Malqata in the south. Excellent landing. Enjoyable and not too expensive.★

The service was excellent. They created a WeChat group for communication after we booked. Our flight to Luxor was delayed, and although we were supposed to check in at 8 PM and receive our room number, we didn't check in until the early hours of the morning. The staff waited for us until we finally checked in and got our room number. Honestly, I don't think it's necessary to find an agent yourself just to save money. The communication costs are high, and it's not always reliable. When you're traveling, you've already spent a lot of money, so it's best to prioritize a reliable and enjoyable experience when choosing activities.
