Okinawa Half-day Whale-watching Tour: Encounter Humpback Whales from Chatan

Since humpback whales are wild animals, we may not be able to observe or encounter them during the activity.

If you are unable to view it between February 1, 2026 and March 15, 2026, we will provide one of the following options:

② Or enjoy one free boat ride (valid until Apr 5, 2026)

*The above options are not applicable from Dec 20, 2025 to Jan 31, 2026 and from Mar 16 to Apr 5, 2026. Thank you for your understanding.

However, please note that the following conditions will be considered as a successful humpback whale sighting.

- Humpback whales were seen spouting water in the distance.

● More than 2 guests saw humpback whales that day.

- We recommend bringing your own warm clothing and wearing waterproof garments.

- It is recommended to take motion sickness medicine in advance. Once the ship departs, it cannot return within a short time.

- Pregnant guests or those planning to become pregnant cannot book. If denied boarding by the captain on the day of departure, no refund will be issued.

Due to limited space on board and for safety reasons, suitcases, strollers, or wheeled items are not allowed on the ship.

- The schedule may be adjusted based on humpback whale tracking conditions. We appreciate your understanding.

The tour may return early due to whale sightings, passengers' physical conditions, or sea conditions. In such cases, no partial refunds or refunds will be issued. Please be advised.

- If young children or seniors sign up, they may be denied boarding on the day depending on wave conditions. We appreciate your understanding.

The trip may be canceled or the schedule may change due to weather or sea conditions on the day. In the worst case, the activity cancellation will only be announced at check-in.

- If humpback whales are spotted early, the boat will return to port ahead of schedule. (Whale watching duration is approx. 1 hr)

- The use of drones is prohibited on board. Walking is not allowed while the boat is moving. Please wear a life jacket throughout the activity.
