Date Selection: The date you select when booking is your arrival date. Please ensure it is filled in accurately.
Passport Information: Accurately fill in your name, gender, nationality, date of birth, and passport expiration date strictly according to the original passport.
Arrival transportation: Please accurately fill in your entry transportation information, for example: flight number CA505.
1. Service Description
This service is specifically designed for travelers with time constraints or those needing assistance with filling out arrival cards. The fee you pay covers professional agency services, and we guarantee accurate information and standardized formatting to save you time and effort.
II. Schedule Notice
1. The Malaysia Digital Arrival Card (MDAC) can be applied for up to 72 hours before arrival. To ensure a smooth journey, we usually proactively complete it for you within 72 hours before your arrival. Even if you arrive on the same day, there is still time to process it, but to guarantee success, we recommend entrusting us to handle it at least 2 hours before departure.
2. Your arrival card will be processed by 23:00 Malaysia time one day before your arrival date. Once processed, the confirmation voucher will be directly updated in your booking. Please check the confirmation document in your booking. If you book and use the arrival card on the same day, it will be completed at the latest before your flight arrives. If you book after arriving at the airport, please allow 30 minutes to receive your arrival card. If you have any special time arrangement requests, please let us know at any time.
3. Information Provided
According to the process, please contact the online IM customer support to submit your return date after completing the payment. If we do not receive your designated date, we will set the return date as one week from the payment date by default. This action is only to complete the travel documents and will not affect your established entry and exit plans.
IV. Usage Instructions
The arrival card will be provided in PDF format. Please:
1. Print one copy or save an electronic version to your phone.
2. Keep it safe along with your original passport, round-trip flight ticket, hotel booking confirmation, and other documents.
3. Cooperate with customs officers during the entry inspection.
