Notice: In conjunction with the 47th ASEAN Summit taking place from 23 to 28 October 2025, please be informed that the City Route will be temporarily suspended to facilitate traffic management and security measures. The Garden Route and KL City of Lights Night Tour will continue to operate as usual.

Ticket validity may vary as follows: 24 hours and 48 hours (from the time and date stated on the ticket)

The bus service runs daily from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM with a 30 to 40-minute interval between each bus stop. (Last pickup at any designated stop at 4 PM)

Children aged 5 to 12 while little ones aged 1 to 4 ride for free

The activity provider reserves the right to postpone, cancel, delay, or stop the tour due to adverse weather, natural disasters, or any other uncontrollable conditions

The activity provider is not be held responsible for any lost or damaged personal belongings during the tour

Smoking, eating, and drinking are strictly prohibited on the bus.
