Sydney Fantasea New Year's Eve Fireworks cruise (2.5 hrs/Darling Harbour departure/one fireworks display/licensed bar)

1. Outside alcoholic drinks are prohibited. The ship has a licensed bar serving alcoholic beverages and soft drinks.

2. We reserve the right to: notify you in advance before ticket purchase, collect additional fuel surcharges, arrange alternative vessels, and modify itineraries and service schedules.

We reserve the following rights: to substitute any other vessel (including vessels not owned by the company) for the designated cruise ship, provided that the substitute vessel is of a similar type to the one specified in the cruise and contains comparable facilities; to cancel or abandon the cruise before or during its commencement if the company or captain deems it necessary due to weather conditions or for the safety and well-being of the vessel, unless otherwise expressly stipulated in these terms and conditions. Neither passengers, crew members, nor the company shall be responsible for any loss or expense incurred by passengers as a result of such substitution or cancellation.

3. If the captain deems it necessary for any reason to ensure the safety and well-being of the ship, passengers, and crew, the captain has the right to change the cruise route or destination at their discretion.

By boarding our vessel, you agree to comply with all reasonable requests made by us and/or the captain.
