Opening hours: Monday to Sunday 2:00 PM–9:00 PM

Performance time: 16:30–17:30 and 19:30–20:30 (subject to actual performance time).

Go to the ticket office at The Romantic Show of Lijiang attraction to exchange your booking for a paper ticket using the name/valid ID you provided when placing the order.

Children under 1.2m or under 6 years old can enter for free (free entry for children does not include a performance seat).

Please arrive at the attraction approximately 30 to 60 minutes before the show starts to allow sufficient time for ticket redemption and seat location.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 3 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 3 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
