European porcelain first appeared in the 13th century. In the 16th century, Marco Polo shipped a large amount of ceramics from China to Lisbon, Portugal. Porcelain products soon became popular in Europe. Porcelain factories began to appear in cities and towns in some countries. The Royal Delft Blue Pottery Factory was established on the basis of the enthusiasm of European porcelain. The Royal Delft Blue Pottery Factory was founded in 1653. Its original name was just the Delft Blue Pottery Factory. At the beginning, most of its products were blue made of local Delft clay. ceramic tile. At that time, ceramic production was not enough in Europe. In addition to blue tiles, the Delft Blue Pottery Factory also imitated porcelain from China and made many porcelain with European elements. The factory's ceramic products quickly swept Europe. . So some Europeans have always thought that porcelain originated in the Netherlands. The Delft Blue Pottery Factory has long produced custom tableware for the Dutch royal family. In 1919, it was authorized to be named "Royal" in the company name, and its status was officially confirmed by the Dutch government and officials. The Royal Delft Blue Pottery Factory also has a museum. In addition to watching the production process of ceramics, you can also go to the museum to browse the development history of European porcelain over hundreds of years. More than 150,000 tourists come to visit every year.

I traveled to a city specifically for a painting. I went to The Hague just to see the masterpiece, "Girl with a Pearl Earring," in person. Compared to large museums, I personally prefer this art gallery; it's small, exquisite, and fulfilling, leaving a deep and unforgettable impression.

The wishing tree at the entrance of the Peace Palace has a Japanese style and is very close to the concept of the International Court of Justice. It is a relatively political attraction. Perhaps only people of a certain age like me will come here.

It's a relatively unknown museum, but well worth a visit. Located in a royal palace next to the embassy district in the center of The Hague, the exhibitions are definitely worth seeing. Furthermore, the prints by artist Escher consistently revolve around the themes of eternity and infinity, which are of great mathematical research value and highly recommended.

It's a town with a long history. It can't see the momentum of imperial use. Besides windmills, the designs are oriental.

My time at Morarodum in The Hague with my mum was unforgettable. The cozy, charming accommodations offered a peaceful retreat, complete with thoughtful touches like fresh flowers and a lovely garden view. Located in a quiet yet convenient area, it was the perfect base for exploring The Hague. We visited the Peace Palace, enjoyed Scheveningen Beach, and admired masterpieces at the Mauritshuis Museum. Sharing stroopwafels and laughter with my mum made every moment special. The staff’s warm hospitality stood out—they provided excellent local tips, enhancing our experience. Morarodum was a serene and welcoming haven, blending relaxation with cultural discovery. It was a trip filled with joy, bonding, and beautiful memories. I’d highly recommend it for a heartfelt getaway.

The temperature in the Netherlands in November is just right, so a thin coat is enough. The air is clear, maybe this is what a seaside city is like. But there are not many people in the huge square.

🌟The Queen's Palace is located in the center of The Hague. Parking nearby is very inconvenient. There is a no-parking square in front of the Queen's Palace. The road next to it is very narrow, which tests your parking skills... 🌟The Queen's Palace is where the Queen works. If the Dutch flag 🇳🇱 is raised, it means that the Queen is in the palace~ It is not open to tourists, so you can only see the exterior~

Of course it's worth coming here. It's super clean. Whether you're shopping for small things or buying souvenirs to bring back to relatives and friends, you can always buy what you need. Of course, there are also various delicacies, such as cheese, donuts, various chocolates, sausages... Our favorite is fried fish (Bakje kibbeling), which we must buy every time.
