⛰️The Three Mountains and Five Sacred Peaks—Mount Tai, the foremost of the Five Sacred Peaks! Experience the feeling of "Ascending to the summit, one can survey all the mountains below!" Today, I proved my perseverance and willpower. I set off from Hongmen at 8:30 am, hiking the entire Hongmen route alone, which took me 3.5 hours. I reached Nantianmen and met up with my family (who reached the summit in just over two hours, even faster than those who took the cable car). Together, we climbed to the top of Mount Tai, the Jade Emperor Peak. Little Mount Tai, conquered! 7863 steps for 1545 meters of scenery—worth it! Give myself a thumbs up for my courage, and a thumbs up for persevering despite a slight cold ♥
After descending from Jade Emperor Peak, I chose the most challenging yet most beautiful route, Peach Blossom Valley. Finally, it felt like a "two-step walk"! Before climbing, I thought I'd take the cable car down, but I ended up hiking directly down. No excuses, no complaints, just quietly taking each step, each step, each view. I even managed to run down the mountain – I'm quite impressed with myself! I arrived at the foot of the mountain at 5 PM. Actions speak louder than words; the 22km challenge of the Taishan Grand Loop, the foremost of the Five Sacred Mountains, was a success! Youth has no price; Taishan is right beneath my feet!
