Griffith Observatory is located on the southern slope of Mount Hollywood in Griffith Park. During daytime visits, travelers can observe real-time solar images through the solar telescope in the exhibition hall. On clear nights, the rooftop Zeiss refracting telescope is open to the public for stargazing, and millions of travelers have gazed at the stars through it since its construction. To catch both sunset and night views in one trip, it's recommended to head up the mountain early, allowing ample time for exhibitions and waiting for nightfall. We were in awe of the size of the palm trees. Seeing these encouraged us to visit Coachella Valley for more. I stopped here on my trip. The rangers were super nice. They pointed out the best places to stop for pictures. It was very helpful.

San Diego is a gentle city bathed in sunshine. The Spanish-style buildings in Balboa Park gleam warmly in the sunlight, and beside the massive silhouette of the HOUSTON aircraft carrier, the Kiss of Victory sculpture captures an eternal sense of joy. Colorful houses huddle together in the Old Town, and the aroma of burritos wafts from street corners. The most pleasant experience is lying on Coronado Beach at dusk, watching the Pacific waves gently lapping in—unhurried and peaceful, just like the perfect California sunshine.

【Scenery】10 minutes drive, a short stretch of highway, and you'll arrive at this place where you can have a picnic by the desert water and amazing views of the desert mountains. You can hike on many trails.
【Fun】I like the spring here when all the desert plants are lush, but it's a nice walk at any time, although it can be very hot in the summer (they close it when the fire danger is particularly high). You can find a lot of wildlife here including bighorns, bobcats, rabbits and many birds.
