Travelled with my mother and sister. We had to split between two part. Mother was in beach part and we were in Palm. These are two parts and one has to be very clear about it. Beach is better posher hence more expensive. Especially restaurant!
Palm guests can not use Beach restaurant for free. It is 4$charge per meal per guest. Different colours ribbons…. Differentiate guests. Beach and bars and swimming pools could be shared.
If one is after reefs and coral fish- forget it! Not the right location.

Pros:
1) Very cool territory. Really cool.
2) Warm pool
3) Activities like water polo initiated by the hotel according to the schedule. I got to the match of Russians against Egyptians :)
4) There is a bathroom in the room - and there is really good pressure and really hot water.
5) The music at dinner ”rocks” and whoever sings ”rocks” too, but people listen to it like seals and there is no party vibe. Here the hotel gets a plus for the fact that despite the complete lack of reaction from the listeners - the music and vocals are good and create an effect.
6) There is a gym. Not God knows what - but it is.
Average:
1) The buffet is not a fountain, but not terrible either. See Cons
Cons:
1) Room Service - the most disgusting and disgusting food that is possible. If in the buffet you can still choose what suits you with the appearance - then Room Service is a complete hell. Visually, in the pictures and in terms of ingredients, it's ok, but in fact, it's just disgusting and doesn't correspond to the ingredients. If you're going to a hotel, fork out for full board, because you can't count on Room Service at all. Or eat outside the hotel.
2) I also didn't like the attitude of the staff.
2.1) On the one hand, it was just really annoying that you have to pay for drinks and goodies in the bar for ”breakfast only” - but maybe that's how it should be. Although there was a bad aftertaste. Somehow it felt like, despite the fact that I was ready to pay extra for everything - it was still as if I wasn't Welcome and they were treating me with suspicion.
Buying an extra meal for lunch with partial board cost 550 pounds. Dinner was even more expensive - somewhere around 700 (I never went).
2.2) And when I just needed to bring water or tea to the room, I had to remind them several times. And in the end, you have to go to the reception to have this damn water brought to you. And even if they brought it the first time, you had to wait a long time. And if you come and get aggressive, they brought it in 5 minutes. 3) The room is simply dark. There is no chandelier - there are only 3 lamps. And one of them has to be turned off, because it is on the same outlet as the kettle. If you want to heat water, have even less light. It was uncomfortable in the evenings.

It was amazing stay, people are extremely friendly especially Amira at the reception and guy at the restaurant service (waiters).
The hotel is very clean the location is very good.
You need more variety in the restaurant, but every thing else is good.
Everything was good, except that the driver who called a taxi from the hotel to Sharm Hotel was a bit emm. The hotel said the driver wanted 50 dollars (I gave 30 dollars + 1000 Egyptian pounds). We had to leave before sunset and I wanted to watch the sunset on the way. As a result, the driver stopped at a small shop near the Dahab checkpoint and said he wanted to drink coffee. I drank this coffee and browsed my phone slowly for half an hour. I urged him twice and it was dark before I left. (He was not in a hurry because he knew I was not going to the airport.) As a result, the hotel in Sharm asked me for money and said I had to pay at least 10 dollars. He said he thought I was going to the airport, blabla, and the hotel only gave him 30 dollars, blabla. He yawned on the road. I was afraid of driving fatigue and talking to him. He cried poor all the way. Finally, he asked for money... I said I called your colleague and I clearly paid the equivalent of 50 dollars. So you still have to pay me 10 dollars. The old man didn't say anything and left. He is really greedy and stupid.

An elegant establishment offering a myriad of amenities, White Hills Hotel hosted me during a large-scale event, accommodating numerous guests. Consequently, I acknowledge potential subjectivity in my assessment, given the bustling nature of the occasion. Regrettably, the hotel appeared rather commonplace in the context of Sharm, failing to meet my preconceived expectations.
Service standards, in particular, fell short in comparison to establishments of a lower tier. A discernible lack of order and organization was evident, notably during the check-in and check-out procedures, which seemed marred by temporary capacity challenges.
Despite these shortcomings, a commendable aspect was the amiable and responsive nature of many staff members encountered. Their professionalism in addressing my concerns with empathy was noteworthy.
Contemplating a return stay at White Hills Hotel warrants careful consideration. The observed lapses in service and organization may be contextualized within the framework of the hotel's current capacity constraints, urging a reconsideration when conditions are more favorable

Totally enjoyed my 4 night stay. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Nothing too much trouble. Lots of places to relax and enjoy the sun or shade. Spa staff were so friendly and offered deals to suit. Food was delicious considering such a big hotel the flavours were not compromised at all.

As a frequent business traveller i can honestly say the service at this Hotel is 100% 5Star!
From the second you walk through the entrance door you are greeted with the best welcome and hospitality from every member of the team.
I can honestly say this place feels like my second home.
The whole team are amazing.
I travel for business alone and feel so welcome. It really makes the trip that little bit more special.

The hotel is exactly a price-performance hotel, you shouldn't keep your expectations high. The rooms feel old and not clean, there is only 1 heated pool in the hotel, the animation team is successful, the food is average, the same food is served all the time.

The atmosphere is full of Christmas. I have to take the train every day. Luna's food is more in line with Chinese people. I am not used to eating in Lebanese restaurants. Waha drinks are delicious, and reef grill shrimps are delicious. The swimming pool is divided into several areas. The kids have a lot of fun playing...

GGuest UserThe hotel service is very good, and the facilities are well maintained, especially the children's playground, which is very new. The lifeguard is very responsible and pays attention to every child, which makes people feel at ease. All the waiters are also very proactive. Fathalla cleans very cleanly and keeps the guest rooms very clean every day. This hotel is highly recommended and is a good choice for vacation.
Our room type includes three meals. We go to the buffet every day. I am very happy that I don’t have to worry about ordering. The hotel also has a shuttle bus to and from the hotel. If you don’t want to walk, you can take a bus.
AAlabosamudashuThe environment is very beautiful. The room is good. The hotel entertainment facilities are also good. It's just that the restaurant can't be booked. I tried several times in two days and couldn't book it. I can only eat at the big restaurant buffet. I feel that the all-inclusive package is a bit of a loss. However, I only stayed for one night and didn't explore many projects. I have the opportunity to stay longer to experience it.
AAbdoswissotel is a very nice and enjoyable resort to stay in the middle level. The resort offers all-inclusive services including meals, parties and internal transfers throughout the day (semi-regular). There is an activity for children suitable for all ages. There are indoor swimming pools for all activities and also water games of a reasonable level that need maintenance and development. There is a means of transportation to the resort's private beach and also barbecue parties near the sea and internal parties daily. The quality of the food is high and the service is very high. The reception workers are respectful and very friendly. The quality of the rooms is not befitting the resort and needs to be developed significantly. The room services are good and the workers are good. There is a negative point and unfortunately it is repeated and I hope it will be solved, which is the delay of the golf cart for internal transfers for long periods even by calling the reception several times. I hope in particular that it will be solved because it is very important in emergency cases and for people with chronic diseases and the elderly. Thank you for your services
GGuest UserThis hotel has a special party time, which only starts on Thursday night and Sunday night. It ends at 3:00 am the next day. If you have friends who like it, you can choose this. It is free to participate if you stay in the hotel. I stayed for four nights and caught up with it twice. The characteristics of each time were different. The dance area and the residential area are separated. The hotel still protects the residential area very well. There are people watching over it. It is not easy for strangers to come to the residential area. It is still relatively safe. It is usually very quiet. It has its own beach area. It is very close to walk there. It is very convenient to watch the sea and swim every day.

GGuest UserFirst of all, I would like to thank the beautiful site from which I booked my vacation in Sharm El Sheikh. I would also like to thank all the staff at the Aurora Oriental Hotel for their warm reception since my arrival, especially Mr. Ali in the front office, who prepared my room in the shortest time, as well as the night manager, Mr. Yasser. During my stay, I met all the friendly staff in the restaurant, Ms. Yasser, the food and beverage manager, the chefs and workers, all of them are friendly, and the activities team on the beach are all excellent. I would like to mention in particular Ms. Maymona who is very active and loving. I thank them all and I hope to meet them soon. Adel Ibrahim, Room 4205

GGuest UserA very good hotel. The promotional pictures are seriously inconsistent with the actual situation. It is recommended that the business re-shoot the promotional pictures. The actual decoration is very modern and new. There are also several restaurants (two of which are Chinese restaurants. The taste is average and limited. There are not many people and reservations are required. Haha) Overall, it is still very good! A large resort worth staying in! !
YYoke Ping FrancesThis resort is not as big as some of those we drive past but it is cosy and the staff are very friendly. We booked half board. The breakfast and dinner variety are wide and the hotel vary some dishes on a daily basis. Food is okay. We had lunch at their seafood restaurant (a la carte) but we felt the food was not as good as those served in the common banquet hall for dinner. The massage was very good and price reasonable. The spa is not worth it as the facials we had were not the kind of facials we are used to. They were very basic and our faces were steamed for a good 15 mins! So hot and uncomfortable. Products used were claimed to be organic but we are not convinced what were used.
