Travel Essentials

Terms & Conditions

  1. One-Day Standard Ticket: Valid for one (1) entry on the selected event date from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Last entry is at 6:30 PM.
  2. 3-Day Fun Pass: Valid for one (1) person across all three event days, 21 to 23 August 2026.
  3. Child Ticket: Valid for children aged 3 to 12 years. The child must enter with a parent, legal guardian or responsible adult holding a valid event ticket.
  4. Child Tickets do not include priority access, premium benefits, goodie bag redemption or POP MART product purchase privileges.
  5. Guests must present their e-voucher to redeem a wristband upon entry. Re-entry is permitted on the same day with the wristband securely attached.
  6. 3-Day Fun Pass holders must present a valid photo ID matching the traveller name on the booking. Additional verification may be required for admission, priority access, goodie bag redemption and fraud prevention.
  7. Each 3-Day Fun Pass holder may redeem one (1) Goodie Bag at the designated redemption booth during the event. Unredeemed goodie bags will be forfeited and cannot be refunded, exchanged, delivered or replaced.
  8. Outside food and beverages are not permitted, except bottled water. All guests are subject to security screening. Storage services are not available on-site.
  9. This is an indoor, rain-or-shine event.
  10. Children aged 3 and above require a valid ticket. Children under 3 may enter free with an accompanying ticket-holding adult. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times.

3-Day Fun Pass Early Access

Early access is valid only for the assigned group and the dates and timings stated on the e-ticket. The event closes at 7:00 PM daily, with last entry at 6:30 PM.

Cancellation & Amendment Policy

One-Day Ticket

  • Date changes are allowed through rebooking. The new booking must have the same number of participants as the original booking.
  • Tickets are non-refundable without rebooking or for personal reasons.
  • Refund requests due to force majeure, such as illness or flight cancellation, must be supported by valid documents issued at the time of the incident.
  • Incidents that occurred before the booking was made are not eligible for a refund.

3-Day Fun Pass

  • The 3-Day Fun Pass is strictly non-refundable and non-amendable once the booking is confirmed.
  • Refunds will not be granted for booking errors, personal reasons or itinerary changes.
  • Refund requests due to force majeure must be supported by valid documents issued at the time of the incident.
  • Incidents that occurred before the booking was made are not eligible for a refund.
