[Trip Coins 15% Rebate]

6. Trip Coins rewards: Malaysia hotel Trip Coins rebate is divided into two phases: Normal Days and Big Day. Big Day refers to every Tuesday during the Promotion period. During Normal Days, users will receive an 8% Trip Coins rebate, up to a maximum of 597 Trip Coins each week (from every Wednesday to next Monday). On Big Day (Tuesday), the rebate is upgraded to 15% Trip Coins, up to a maximum of 1,492 Trip Coins each Tuesday. During the Promotion period, each user can earn up to 6,866 Trip Coins combining Normal Days and Big Day (three Tuesdays in total). This offer is exclusively for Malaysia hotel bookings. 7. Trip Coins USD and SGD exchange rate: 100 Trip Coins = US$1 = around S$1.34. For example, if your hotel booking is worth S$100, you will get S$100 x 8% = S$8 worth of Trip Coins ≈ 597 Trip Coins during Normal Days, and S$100 x 15% = S$15 worth of Trip Coins ≈ 1,119 Trip Coins on Big Day (Tuesday). The final amount of Trip Coins awarded is based on the real-time exchange rate.

There is no limit to the number of Eligible bookings that can receive Bonus Trip Coins. Each Eligible user can earn up to 6,866 Bonus Trip Coins during the Promotion period. 9. Trip Coins issue time: Bonus Trip Coins earned during the Hello Malaysia campaign will be issued at the same time as the basic Trip Coins for the booking. Trip Coins earned from hotel bookings will be credited to your account within 2–6 weeks after hotel check-out.
10. How can I check my Eligible bookings and the amount of Trip Coins earned? Step 1: Check the booking progress bar on the promotion page. Rules: Different limited super-value hotel offers will be available at 10:00 every Tuesday (for more information, refer to the promotion page). Limited quantity available on a first-pay-first-served basis and while stocks last. Original promotional prices will apply once the promo codes run out. Please check the cancellation policy for the respective hotel room types when making a booking.
