Suifen River, which flows into the East China Sea river. Heyuan is at the junction of Qichun County and Wangqing County, Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture, Jilin Province, China. From the east of Wangqing County, it flows into Russia through the jurisdictions of Suifenhe City and Dongning City in Mudanjiang City, Heilongjiang Province, and into the East China Sea in Vladivostok. The Suifen River is 443 kilometers long, of which 258 kilometers are in China. The river is 185 km long (two km of the bordered river).
