西武池袋店就在JR池袋站出口旁边，交通非常便利，规模挺大，分别有三个馆，都连接在一起。除了一般百货公司的购物内容外，还有宠物店，包括给宠物洗澡美容。别馆有loft，各种日用杂货丰富多彩，值得一逛。餐馆楼层只有一层，虽然什么品种都有，但感觉选择余地不多。

西武百貨可說是池袋百貨公司中的龍頭，它有不同館，其中本館可謂貴婦等級，很多世界精品聚集，二月有情人節，整個頂樓改為巧克力限定賣場，擠滿小資女和各品牌巧克力。
