Nikolaj Kirke Review

The Nikolai Church is now the Nikolai Center for Contemporary Art in Copenhagen (Nikolaj Contemporary Art Center). This center occupies the former Nikolai Church and is one of the most famous landmarks in Copenhagen. It is located in HjbroPlads, just steps from Amagertorv and Strget. The church is known for its 90-metre-long neo-Baroque spire.

Nikolai church has a history of hundreds of years. But now it is only called a church, because it is an art center, not very beautiful, just after taking a few photos, I don't know if I can visit it.

The Church of Nikolai, built in the 13th century, is now the Arts Centre of Copenhagen. When I first saw this church, I felt very familiar. It seemed to be very similar to the tower of Christianburg Palace. I compared the photo for a long time and saw that the balls in the middle were different. The balls above Christianburg Palace were golden, but Nikolai Church was still very spectacular. There is a small children's amusement park on the side door, which is quite characteristic

The church was built in the 13th century and partially destroyed. It is now used by the Copenhagen Centre for Contemporary Art. One of Copenhagen's attractions, not particularly famous, happens to pass by, and is not spectacular.
