淮扬菜博物馆靠近古淮河生态园附近，是一个非常大型的博物馆，里面也有一个餐厅和几个包厢，可以品尝最最正宗的淮扬菜。淮扬菜博物馆是国家4A级景区，门口有一颗巨大的白菜雕塑，以彰显淮扬菜的清淡，美味。博物馆里面也分成了好几个展厅，有淮扬菜历史介绍的，还有淮扬菜在国宴中的使用菜单，以及淮扬菜的品种等等，几个展厅玩下来也要1个小时左右。还是很推荐到旁边的淮扬菜餐厅用餐的，价格偏贵，但是菜品绝对是正宗的淮扬菜，而且服务也很不错。这次游玩没有机会进餐厅体验一回，以后有机会可以去一下。
