Came here for a business dinner and ended up going back the next night. The staff actually turned up the spice level on my dish when I asked — that never happens. Food was solid, nothing fancy, but the service really stood out.

Stopped by for a casual dinner and ended up staying longer than planned. The interior has this old-school charm, lots of wood and little details that make it feel cozy without trying too hard. Beer list is solid, tried a couple local ones. Prices fair for what you get. Only thing, it got a bit warm inside when it was full. Still, a good spot if you're in Eisenach.

The pizza with Parma ham and arugula was properly baked, lots of topping. Just wish I'd known beforehand they don't take credit cards—luckily I had cash on me.

The pizza was solid, crust had a good chew. Steak was cooked right too. Took a while for the food to come out, but the taste made up for the wait.

Solid sundae spot. Ice cream to cream ratio was on point, plus real fruit chunks in there. Place was packed but the line moved fast, got my order quick. Good for a sweet fix when you're short on time. Not fancy, but does the job.

The crepes here are made fresh, really good. I had the classic with sugar and lemon, simple but tasty. Hot chocolate was solid too, not too sweet. Place is small and cozy, easy to sit for a while. Only thing, service was a bit slow when it got busy. But for a casual stop, it works.

The tasting menu really impressed me. Every course felt fresh and thoughtfully put together. I especially liked how the vegetables were handled—crisp, not overcooked. Wine pairing matched nicely too. Only small thing: pace was a bit quick for my liking. But overall a solid meal for the price. I'd come back for the lunch version.

The fish was fresh and cooked just right. Prices are fair for the quality. The place feels a bit old-school, but I like that.

Decent spot right by the Marienglashöhle. Food was fresh, homemade lemonade was a nice touch. Service friendly enough, even when it got busy.

Stopped by for lunch on a work trip. Place has that old timber-frame look, quite rustic inside. Had the Thuringian dumplings with beef roulade. Solid, hearty portion, sauce was rich. Service was efficient, no complaints. A bit off the main tourist path but easy enough to find. Fine if you want a proper local meal without fuss.

Stopped by for a late lunch, ordered the smoked brisket plate. Meat was tender, proper smoke ring on it, not dry at all. The tap list had a few decent German-style beers, went well with the fatty bits. Place was busy but I found a seat at the bar. Would come back if I'm in the area again.

The daiquiri was spot on and sitting outside on the terrace was lovely. Heaters made it cozy even as it got cooler. Service kept things easy.

The lunch menu is a solid deal, no question. But honestly, the ciabatta stole the show for me—proper crust, soft inside, just right. I had a glass of the house red with it, and the pairing worked better than I expected. Place was a bit busy, but that bread alone makes me want to come back.

The French breakfast hit the spot—fresh OJ and a decent chai latte. Portion was just right for the price. Room's quiet too, which is rare for a morning spot.

Pricey, but the meat quality and buffet spread justify it. Solid choice if you want a proper dinner without fussing over every euro. Service was efficient, no complaints.

Food was solid, service friendly. Bit pricey for what you get, but the quality is there. Make sure to reserve a table, it gets busy.

Came here on a whim without booking and somehow got a table. The tiramisu was the highlight honestly. Would come back just for that. 😊

Goulash soup hit the spot, and the schnitzel was solid. Their local beer paired well with both. Cozy spot, though service was a bit slow.

Stopped by for a quick dinner and honestly liked it more than expected. The schnitzel was proper, not that frozen stuff you get in tourist spots. Beer came out ice cold and cheap. Place was busy but we still got a table fast. Only thing, service took a bit to warm up. Would come back for the pork knuckle though. 🍻

Big space but somehow still feels calm and intimate. I tried the cakes and honestly they were better than I expected. Service was friendly too. Kind of place where you can just sit and not feel rushed. I’d go back just for that quiet vibe.

The steak was good, no question. But honestly, the bill added up fast. I get that you pay for the meat quality, but I still felt it a bit. Location's super convenient though, right by the center, so we walked it off after. Nice for a treat, not a regular spot for me.

Great spot for a night out. The drink menu is huge and prices are fair. Location is super convenient too. Place was buzzing when we got there, good energy. Maybe a bit loud if you want a quiet chat, but for drinks with friends it works. I'd come back to try more from the menu.

The schnitzel was solid, really crispy and the potatoes were cooked right. Place is small but that's part of the charm, felt like a proper local spot. Service was fine, nothing fancy but they got the job done. Maybe a bit pricey for what you get, but I'd come back if I'm in the area.

The place looks really nice after the renovation. Pizza was tasty and the staff made sure we were comfortable. Good spot for a casual dinner.

Been coming here for years, and honestly, it still holds up. The seasonal menu changes keep it interesting—last time I had the venison special, cooked just right. Service was friendly, nothing over the top. Place gets busy, so it's a bit loud, but that's part of the vibe. Solid choice if you're in the area.

The semifreddo was decent, tiramisu too. Clearly made in-house, not from a box. Just wish the portions were a bit bigger.

The Meininger Hütes were the reason I stopped here and honestly they didn’t disappoint. Warm, hearty, exactly what you want on a cold day. The room itself is quite something too, old building with character. Service was fine, nothing crazy. Maybe a bit pricey for what it is, but I left full and happy.
