The food was a lovely surprise. My pasta came out steaming hot, just how I like it. The menu had some really thoughtful options. Staff were polite and checked in without hovering.

Lavinia was so helpful and got us a discount. Pizza was huge, perfect for a quick lunch.

Bottomless brunch was a blast with the girls! The bar team kept our glasses topped up without us even asking. Food was tasty, but honestly, the vibe was the best part - perfect for a long, chatty catch-up.

A brilliant selection of vegetables for a vegetarian plus the Yorkshire pudding made a really tasty meal, extra wonderful with the onions and sweetcorn. The turkey was delicious for the meat eater.

Booked online, so no wait. Food came out fast and was properly hot. The car park is a lifesaver. Just a solid, no-fuss meal.

Been back a few times, the Suffolk Pork trio never disappoints. The homemade pies are spot on, too. Staff are always on it, noticed my water glass was topped up without asking. A solid local spot.

Gammon, egg and chips. Classic pub grub done right. The gammon was thick and not too salty. Chips were proper. That’s it really. Solid meal for the price.

Ella was so friendly and attentive, really made the evening easy. The pizzas were spot on. She’s definitely a keeper for this place.

Popped in after exploring Framlingham Castle. The vibe was so cosy and welcoming, just what we needed. Had a lovely slice of carrot cake with my coffee. Will definitely be back when I'm in the area!

The omelette here is really decent, a proper standout. The jacket potatoes are pretty good too. Solid value for the price.

Been coming here for years, and the food's always spot on. That's what keeps me coming back. The consistency is rare these days. Had the steak frites again last night, cooked just right as always.

The pub's got a really nice, laid-back vibe. I liked the wooden booths, they were comfy for a long chat. Good choice of ales too, all pretty reasonably priced.

Been coming here for lunch for ages. The food is always reliable, and the staff are just so friendly. It's a comfortable spot where you can have a quiet, easy meal. The tables are well-spaced, which I really appreciate.

A reliable spot for a nice meal out. The food is always well-presented and tasty. What really makes it for me is the comfortable seating – you can settle in for a while without feeling rushed. A good, straightforward experience.

Popped in for lunch, it was packed but had a nice buzz. The waiter cracked a joke when taking our order, which was a nice touch. Food took a while, but the vibe was chill.

Good spot for a quick bite. Their fish and chips is solid, comes out fast. Perfect for when you're in a rush. The place gets busy at lunch but they keep things moving.

The Sunday roast beef was cooked exactly right, still pink in the middle. The gravy was rich and the Yorkshire pudding was crisp. That's what I came for.

Found this pub by chance. Food was solid, service was prompt. The live music was a nice touch. Good spot for a straightforward meal.

Lovely spot for a catch-up after a riverside stroll! Went for the set lunch, which was super tasty and such good value. The staff were so friendly, really made it feel like a proper treat. Great wine list too.

Loved the creative menu. The scallop starter was a real surprise, and they paced the courses just right.

Loved the vibe here! Perfect for catching up with friends. The food is really good and didn't break the bank. Our server was so nice. Upstairs seating is a bit dated, but we still had a great time.

Decent spot for authentic food. The chicken feet were a bit bland, but everything else was pretty good.

Bruna was lovely. That Biscoff cheesecake though... it's the reason you come here. Perfectly balanced, not too sweet. Just a really great slice of cake.

Parking was a nightmare, but Amel saved the day! He actually ran our takeaway order out to the car for us. So nice of him. Made our little friend catch-up way less stressful.

We enjoyed a wonderful birthday meal at the Harvester in Stanway, Colchester, Essex. The effort and willingness expressed by out waitress (Laura) was worthy of high praise. This employee worked tirelessly in make the evening a huge success.Thank you,Bill

As with any Buffett type restaurant there are good and bad things. But that said you know what you’re signing up for when you go there. So queuing for your dinner is a given. The staff were lovely, food hot and plentiful and had a money off coupon too plus earned Yums - all in all a good night.

Bex and the team are so friendly and attentive. They genuinely care about your experience, which really makes a difference. A real highlight of the visit.

The Indian menu here is a surprise! The flavours were so vibrant and fresh, even on a packed Saturday night.

The food's tasty and well-made, classic cafe style. Portions are a bit on the small side for the price, but it's a solid spot.

Ordered the butter chicken and garlic naan for the first time. The delivery was super quick, still steaming hot. Poppadoms weren't free like some other spots, but that's fine. The chicken was really flavourful.
