They sorted out a booking mix-up for us with no fuss, even though we called quite late. Really appreciated that. The staff were calm and helpful when it could have been stressful.

Been coming here for years. Their fried squid is always spot on - tender, with a nicely seasoned batter. You can taste the fresh oil they use, makes all the difference. A bit pricier than some places, but you get what you pay for.

The rooms are huge and so comfy, spotless too. Loved waking up to that river view - felt like a proper little escape from the buzz downstairs. Perfect for a chilled catch-up with the girls.

Really liked the vibe for a catch-up with mates. The food and drinks menu is solid, and the portions are decent for what you pay. The free water fountain was a nice touch - saved us a few quid on bottled water!

The hot chocolate was lovely, very rich and topped with fluffy marshmallows. I appreciate the loyalty card they offer, it&#39;s a thoughtful little extra. A cosy spot for a quiet break.

The panini was spot on for a quick catch-up!
