Nobu Caesars Palace Las Vegas

Went to Nobu's restaurant for lunch in the rain. I was a little greedy today and ordered two 3-course meals [wink]. The black cod wrapped in lettuce was very special, the outer layer was crunchy when bitten, and the Umami arctic char w/ tomato salad turned out to be salmon, with a good taste. The meat was tender and moist. If you think it's bland, just dip it in soy sauce. It goes well with white rice. In the end, I ate all the fish skin [hehe]. Here comes the point. Cream Puff and Bibble & Sip have their own merits, but Nobu's is less greasy. What really surprised me was the black sesame cheesecake. This black sesame cheesecake is just the right softness and sweetness, and the sesame and cheese flavors are strong and can be perfectly blended. I really hope they have a larger portion that I can buy separately [tears].

Nobu restaurant is a very popular Japanese restaurant. If you choose to dine there, I suggest you book a table in advance. There are private rooms inside and the environment is very Japanese. You can see that the owner is very dedicated to running the business.

For an outsider, you need to know how to order dishes to eat well. The environment is good but it is noisy when there are too many people. Is it free to eat?

The special grilled dishes taste very good, and the one-stop accommodation and catering is a very luxurious experience.
