Visited Madrid last weekend and decided to celebrate my partner’s birthday at Quimbaya restaurant and I was not disappointed. The service and the atmosphere were very nice, the open kitchen and the chefs preparing beautifully presented dishes in front of our eyes is an extra experience what I love at restaurants . The dishes tasted more or less good to us, but I would rate the whole thing very highly, we also got an additional birthday dessert for my partner straight from the chef, which was a very nice surprise. The service was very nice and kept making conversation with us. I highly recommend it. If we ever come back to Madrid, we will definitely visit the restaurant again
