The buffalo wings were solid—big portion, really flavorful. Beer list is impressive too. Slightly pricier than other spots, but you're paying for the location.

The lava cake was spot on — gooey in the middle, just how it should be. Dinner itself was solid too. Place was a bit busy but we got our food quick enough.

Nice spot right on the square, can't beat the location. Had the halusky and honestly it was way too salty for me. Decent enough food but I'd probably try something else next time.

Great spot right on the main square, food was fresh and tasty. Just a bit of a wait since it was packed.

Decent spot. Beef tartare was really good, pork tenderloin cooked just right. Staff spoke both English and Slovak without any issue. Service was attentive but nothing over the top.

The tomato soup with cheese really stood out—rich, creamy, just the right kind of comforting. I didn’t expect much from a soup but it was the highlight. Salads and burgers were fine, nothing crazy. Might come back just for that soup again.

Loved the vibe here — super chill for hanging out with friends. Staff were on it even when the place filled up, which honestly surprised me. We grabbed a few drinks and just stayed way longer than planned. Only thing is it got a bit loud later, but whatever, still a solid spot to catch up.

Nice spot for a relaxed catch-up. Staff were friendly and even brought water for our dog — that was a nice touch. Food was decent, nothing fancy but fine.

Came here with a couple of friends on a random weeknight and honestly the terrace is the whole vibe. Music was good, not too loud so we could actually chat. Drinks were solid, maybe a bit pricey but fine for the atmosphere. Would def come back for a chill hangout.

The meat plate and steaks were solid, nothing fancy but cooked right. Service was professional without hovering. Prices fair for what you get.

The salmon nigiri was honestly the freshest I’ve had in Banská Bystrica. Tried the ramen too, decent but a bit mild for my taste. Still, I’d come back for the sushi alone. 🍣

Decent spot for a quick bite. Portions are fair and the price feels right. Nothing fancy, just solid food. The seating area was a bit cramped though, but fine for a casual stop.

Loved the little enclosed patio, super cozy. They had gluten-free options which was a big plus, and the staff actually took time to explain everything in English. 👍

The ice cream here is 1.2€ per scoop and honestly that’s fair for what you get. I had two scoops and it was enough. Place was clean, seating inside and out. Nothing fancy but you won’t feel ripped off.

Lovely spot with a cozy vibe. Staff was super helpful when I couldn't decide. Got there late so some dishes were gone, but the one I tried was delicious.

Christina took good care of us, super friendly and quick. Pasta tasted fresh, proper Italian. Place got a bit loud later but that's on us for staying.

The terrace is the main draw here, honestly. Inside is pretty cramped, so we were lucky to get a table outside. Food was solid, nothing fancy, but the portions were decent for what you paid. Service was quick too, which I always appreciate. I'd come back just for that outdoor seating, even if it means waiting a bit.

Stopped here after wandering around the castle area. Got the schnitzel and it was solid, crispy outside and the potato salad on the side worked well. Place was pretty busy but service kept up fine. Prices felt fair for the location. Wouldn't mind coming back if I'm in the neighborhood again.

The garlic crust pizza here is really something else. I've tried a lot of pizza in Bojnice and this one wins for me. Tomato soup was good too, though I wish the portion was a bit bigger for the price. Mango lemonade was refreshing, not too sweet. Would come back just for that pizza crust alone.

Flat white was okay but had a slightly burnt aftertaste. Didn't need sugar though, which I appreciate. Cakes looked fine but I just went for the coffee. Place was pretty quiet in the afternoon, good for sitting around. Might come back if I'm in the area.

Coffee and dessert were solid, terrace is nice for summer. Panini was crispy, decent bonus. Prices felt a bit high for what you get, but okay for the spot.

Coffee here is solid, honestly better than I expected for a quick stop. Had a cappuccino and it came out fast, no waiting around. Staff knew what they were doing, didn’t hover either. Good spot if you just wanna sit for a bit and not be bothered. Maybe not the coziest place ever, but it works.

Been coming here for a while now. Pasta portions are big, lunch menu is a solid deal. Staff remembers you which is nice. Got the carbonara today, creamy enough, maybe a touch salty but fine. Place gets busy around noon so expect a bit of a wait. Still one of my go-tos around here.

Stopped by for lunch — the mixed grill platter was solid and plenty for two. Blue-and-white decor gives it a nice Greek vibe. Service was quick enough. Decent spot if you're in the area.

Nice wooden place, food was solid and they handle gluten free well. Best service in Donovaly, no question.

The Tolkien-themed decor caught me off guard, in a good way. Fits the alpine vibe without feeling gimmicky. Food was solid, nicely plated, flavors came through well. Staff seemed genuinely friendly, not just doing the job. Place has character, that's for sure. Wouldn't mind coming back if I'm in the area again.

Came here on a regular Tuesday, no fuss. Smoked bean soup was solid, real smoky flavor. Deer with potato pancake too, meat was tender. Place was busy but not crazy. Prices fair for what you get. Not fancy, but honest cooking. I'd eat here again if I'm in the area.

Stopped by for a late lunch—place was cool inside, which saved us. Had a burger and a beer, then lemonade on the side. Burger was decent, nothing crazy, but the panna cotta surprised me. Prices felt fair for what you get. Service was friendly without hovering. I’d come back if I’m in the area again.

Loved the vibe here — old school charm without trying too hard. Food was solid, service friendly, and prices felt fair for what you get. Good spot if you wanna hang out with friends and not overthink it.
