No Signboard Seafood in Singapore is a food paradise that cannot be missed. Although the restaurant does not have a conspicuous signboard, the taste is absolutely amazing. The seafood here is fresh and rich in variety. Each dish retains the original flavor of the ingredients, especially the black pepper crab and chili crab, which are very delicious. The dining environment is clean and tidy, simple but very comfortable. The service staff is warm and thoughtful, and the recommended dishes are very suitable for our taste. The overall experience is very satisfactory. No Signboard Seafood is definitely a must-visit food place in Singapore.
I was pleasantly surprised to find that there was no signboard. The waiter told me that there is only one in China. It is very Singaporean style, and I felt like I was back in Singapore. "Cereal Milk Shrimp" is very delicious, the cereal is crispy and delicious "Hainan Chicken Meal" has a little salty ginger juice "Soybean Sauce Yellow Croaker" has very tender fish
Steamed bamboo sticks with vermicelli and garlic paste are also popular with many male diners. The texture of bamboo sticks is always more chewy, and vermicelli can lock in the freshness very well. Add fried garlic and you must eat it together. In addition, the Fujian-style steamed fish is recommended, which is delicious with rice, and the tender tofu has a natural sweetness. !
Located on the top floor of Vivo City, there is a large terrace outside where you can see the scenery of Sentosa. The restaurant is clean and bright, and the dining environment is very good. I would like to strongly recommend these three dishes that I selected for homework in class! ! It was my first time to eat *chili crab*. It is worthy of being a national dish. The slightly sweet and spicy taste makes people's appetite grow. The sauce is the soul. Wrap it with crab roe or crab meat and slide it into your mouth. It is also a must to dip it in fried buns. My dad also gave high praise to this dish hahaha. Because we just wanted to try something new, the three of us ordered a small Canadian giant crab for 98 SGD. *No signature special tofu* Full of meat sauce, with lard residue giving it fragrance, and a crispy thin layer of skin with smooth white tofu inside. *Xinzhou fried rice noodles* is definitely an excellent fried rice noodles. The fragrance will fill the whole mouth. The ingredients are fresh and sufficient, and the rice noodles are not sticky and elastic. But it feels greasy after it cools down, so you must eat it while it is hot~
After we sat down and ordered, we realized how shocking the prices in Singapore were. Crabs cost 110 SGD per pound, vegetables cost nearly 20 SGD per plate, and spareribs, sweet and sour pork, etc. cost around 30 SGD. So we multiplied the prices by 5 in our minds, and after sighing together, we ordered two crabs, a large prawn, and a few other dishes... We might as well make the best of it and eat first. !
