⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐An Unforgettable Birthday Lunch at MontiCelebrated my birthday with my girlfriend over the Weekday Colapranzo Lunch Set (2-course, $48++ pax) at Monti, 1-Pavilion, and it was truly special.The seasalt & rosemary focaccia with whipped truffle ricotta dip was perfect – warm, pillowy, addictive. The pan-seared barramundi was a winner: fresh, tender, flavourful, with shatteringly crispy skin. The chargrilled Iberico Pork Collar was a pleasant surprise – succulent, juicy, deeply savoury, with just enough fat for a satisfying crunch. Monti's Tiramisu closed the meal beautifully: lightly sweet, fluffy goodness.The ambience is lovely, and that Marina Bay skyline view is simply stunning.But what made this extraordinary was the impeccable service. Huge shoutout to Ganesh and the team. Sharing plates and cutlery appeared without us asking – that intuitive *you-just-know* attentiveness. A gentle, thoughtful reminder to enjoy our bread while hot. Ganesh took photos for us like a pro, capturing the perfect angle with the skyline behind us. We were even treated to complimentary limoncello, a birthday cake, and a return voucher.We left feeling so blessed. Great food, gorgeous views, and warm, attentive service that never felt intrusive. Unbeatable. Highly recommended – we'll be back!
