新加坡旅游特地来乌节路ION商场这家米其林一星潮州菜打卡，位置很好找，在商场三楼。环境很雅致，不像普通酒楼那么吵，适合慢慢吃。点了招牌的潮州冻蟹，蟹肉紧实鲜甜，蘸着酱吃很开胃；卤水拼盘也入味，鹅肝很嫩。服务生很专业，会帮忙介绍菜品和分菜。价格确实不便宜，但作为新加坡老牌高端中餐，味道很正，带长辈来吃或者商务宴请都挺有面子的。

I made a special trip to Singapore to try this Michelin one-star Teochew restaurant in ION Orchard. It&#39;s easy to find, located on the third floor. The ambiance is elegant, unlike typical noisy restaurants, perfect for a leisurely meal. I ordered their signature Teochew chilled crab; the crab meat was firm and sweet, and the dipping sauce was very appetizing. The braised platter was also flavorful, and the foie gras was tender. The servers were very professional, helping to explain the dishes and serve the food. The prices are indeed not cheap, but as a long-established high-end Chinese restaurant in Singapore, the food is authentic, making it a respectable choice for dining with elders or for business occasions.

Visited Imperial Treasure Fine Teochew Cuisine for the first time yesterday. The food blew me away. Definitely worth the price and the Michelin Star award.
