五星级酒店里面的餐厅举办的自助餐味道很不错，关键是食材都比较高档，还有螃蟹什么的，价位是比较贵的。特别喜欢各种各样的小蛋糕。

The buffet held in the restaurant of the five-star hotel tastes very good. The key is that the ingredients are relatively high-end, including crabs, etc., and the price is relatively expensive. I especially like the various small cakes.

Upscale restaurant in Ritz Carlton Singapore that serves buffet and ala carte food. Their colony bakery is excellent.

From the moment you walk in, it’s total #vibes. The buffet takes place under a soaring glass atrium decked out with lush florals, instantly setting the scene for a next-level feast. (Yeah, your Insta stories are about to get a major upgrade! 🌸✨)

Let’s talk food! The seafood spread? Absolutely iconic. Think fat, juicy prawns, fresh snow crab legs, oysters, and mussels, all chilling on ice. Chefs actually shuck oysters right in front of you for max freshness. The noodle station’s laksa had us melting—so fragrant, creamy, and the broth is ultimate comfort food. The dim sum is a total flavour bomb, plus how cute are the pastel hues? And don’t miss the local kueh, served up in classic Peranakan tiffin carriers for that heritage touch.

Dessert fans, you’re in for a treat. The dessert corner is a showstopper, stuffed with colourful macarons, perfectly layered rainbow cakes, and glossy fruit tarts. We legit had to get a second plate just for the sweets—and yes, the chocolate cake was soooo good! 🍫

Service is exactly what you’d expect from The Ritz: super attentive but never annoying, plates whisked away like magic, and a steady flow of really nice coffee and tea.

We reserved a table for four to celebrate Mother’s Day at Colony in Ritz Carlton Hotel, one of Singapore’s best buffet.

The buffet has an amazing spread of local and foreign cuisines. I especially love the Chicken Rice and Noodle Station. The crispy claypot noodle comes with a whole abalone! It was sooooo good.

Colony is a little expensive for the price but definitely worth coming once in your lifetime!!
