There are many people in Singapore whose ancestral origin is Teochew. I thought Teochew cuisine would be good, so I went in and ordered a braised pork platter and fish rice. The Peking duck is said to be comparable to Beijing roast duck, but there is a slight gap in reality. The quality of the sauce, noodles, duck skin and duck meat still needs to be improved. Of course, it is delicious enough, not to mention that you are tasting national dishes thousands of miles away. The environment is standard, but the service is very good. The waiters have obviously received systematic training, have a sense of consideration for customers, and are very familiar with their own dishes. Of course, the old lady who served us was energetic and very dedicated! The sweet and sour spare ribs are unremarkable, and the cod is tender and delicious, very tasty. The mushroom braised seasonal vegetables are excellent, fresh and smooth. The crab meat and corn soup is fragrant and sweet, just right. The dessert is exquisite and chewy, which is satisfying. Overall, it is a Cantonese restaurant that is worth visiting, suitable for banquets and dates. After a full meal, you can also happily shop in Orchard Road, which is quite pleasant!

Visited Imperial Treasure Fine Teochew Cuisine for the first time yesterday. The food blew me away. Definitely worth the price and the Michelin Star award.

Imperial Treasure Court Teochew Restaurant is on Orchard Road! Not very expensive, unless you order expensive Teochew seafood! There is also one in the Bund, Shanghai... Teochew cuisine is a bit like Minnan cuisine, not quite like Cantonese cuisine!
