The service really stood out—most attentive we had in three months of travel. They even threw in local liquors and appetizers.

Food was solid, menu’s got plenty of options. Service was a bit slow and kinda all over the place, but the staff were friendly enough. Place has a nice vibe, so I didn’t mind waiting. Good spot if you’re not in a rush.

The daily special here is honestly a solid deal — you get soup and fresh juice with it. Food’s got a creative spin on traditional stuff too. One of my regular lunch stops in Mirandela.

The mixed toast was solid — came out fast and hot. Only thing that bugged me: they charged extra for ice in a Somersby. That's a bit weird. But the outdoor seating's nice and it's easy to grab a quick bite here.

Stopped by for a quick bite and honestly, the pizza did the job. Crust was good, toppings fresh. Service was fast, which I appreciate. Place was quiet too, no blaring music or anything. Solid spot if you just wanna eat and leave. Maybe not the most exciting dinner ever, but it works.

The food was really good and the staff very nice. Beautiful views too. In particular, we can recommend, the "salada de feijão frade e atum" as a starter and the "Memorias de Outono" as a desert that should not be missed!

Chose this restaurant on the basis of Trip Advisor reviews and we were not disappointed. The food was just amazing and the waitress who looked after us was just brilliant. Not just because she spoke perfect English but she really wanted us to have a great evening. We did and would recommend this restaurant unreservedly.

The grilled fish was spot on — fresh, flaky, and the portion honestly surprised me. I wasn’t expecting that much for the price. Place was busy but we got seated quick. Staff actually took time to explain the dishes, which I appreciated. Just wish they had a bit more ventilation, got a little smoky inside. Still, solid spot for Portuguese food.

The Mirandesa steak was the star of the night—so tender, really juicy. I wasn't blown away by the octopus though, kinda bland compared to the beef. If you're coming here, just stick to the mains, you won't regret it.

Three visits now. Pork tenderloin with chestnut purée still the standout. Traditional stuff, cooked properly. Prices fair for what you get. Not fancy, just solid.

Mushroom francesinha—never seen that anywhere else. Went for the chestnut and white mushroom combo, which was the standout for me. Paired it with a glass of red, worked nicely. Place gets busy, so don't expect a quiet dinner. Vegetarians have real options here, not just a sad salad.

The francesinha here hit the spot. Sauce was rich, layers worked well together. Honestly one of the better ones I've had around town. Place was busy but the food came quick enough. No complaints from me.

Been coming here for a while now, and the portions never disappoint. Had the bacalhau again yesterday, still as good as the first time I tried it. Place gets busy around 8, so you might wait a bit, but it's worth it. Just wish they had a few more dessert options, but that's me being picky.

The bacalhau bras was proper homemade, really comforting. Nothing fancy about the place but it works. Prices are fair too.

The homemade-style dishes were really well done, and the place has that cozy feel you don't always find. Staff was nice too. Prices seemed fair for what you get.

Solid churrascaria. Mixed grill was tasty and the price was fair. Service was quick, got my food fast. Good spot for a quick bite.

The fireplace made the whole room feel cozy. Steak was tender, exactly what I needed on a cold evening. Owner came by to check on us, nice touch. Around €20 with dessert, fair for what you get.

Stopped by for a gin and tonic on the riverside terrace and honestly couldn’t leave — the view just pulls you in. Perfect spot to switch off for a bit. Drinks were solid, nothing fancy, but the setting does all the work. Would happily sit there again.

Went here Sunday after the market. Place got packed quick, lucky we arrived early. Food was solid and didn't break the bank. Got the grilled fish, came out fresh and hot. Nothing fancy but it hit the spot. Wheelchair access is decent too, which matters for my dad. Would come back if I'm in the area.

Came in late for lunch and they didn’t rush me at all. Just wanted something simple and warm, and the food hit that spot. Nothing fancy, but it felt honest. Friendly service too, the kind that lets you sit a bit longer. I’d go back if I’m in the area again.

Nice place, the staff made me feel welcome right away. Food was good, no complaints. Maybe a bit pricier than other spots in town, but the service made up for it. 😊

The grilled veal was spot on, and the grouper too. House wine from a local vineyard surprised me—really decent. Garden seating in the middle of the city? Didn't expect that.

Came here with 14 people and honestly it worked out fine. Food's solid, nothing fancy but tasty. Prices fair for what you get. Place feels very local, not touristy at all. We ordered a bit of everything, plates kept coming and nobody complained. Service kept up with the big group which surprised me. Would go back if I'm in the area with friends again.

Solid pizza and quick service. They bring appetizers you didn't ask for though - send them back or you'll pay. Good for a fast bite.

Stopped by for lunch and went straight for the grilled meats. Charcoal flavor was on point, veal chop especially. The roasted potatoes on the side were better than expected. Service was quick, no complaints. Solid spot if you're craving meat and don't want to overthink it.

The mariscada was pretty good — plenty of seafood, easily enough for two people. They had an English menu too, which helped since my Portuguese is limited. Staff were decent, not overly attentive but fine. I'd say it's a solid spot if you're in the area and want something straightforward. Maybe a bit touristy, but the food held up.

Owner and his wife run the place. Food's honest home-style cooking, prices hard to beat. Left full, no complaints. Nothing fancy but does the job.
