Was fully booked but they squeezed us in. Staff were super chill about it, no fuss. Just a nice spot for a spontaneous dinner.

The hake and chips were a real standout. First time trying it, but I'll be getting it again. Portion was generous for the price.

The roast dinner was spot on, and that cherry sponge with ice cream was a lovely surprise. Good portions for the price.

The staff were so thoughtful with our birthday celebration. Really made the evening.

Lovely staff, never felt rushed even when we lingered a bit past closing. The beef stroganoff was the star for me – tender meat, a really nice creamy sauce.

The battered garlic mushrooms were so good, I almost forgot to order the Lincolnshire sausages. 😄 Really solid homemade food, and the bill didn't hurt at all. Just a nice, simple spot.

Perfect for a quick lunch. Their ribs are massive, the carvery is fast. Got a huge plate, ate in 20 minutes. Staff were friendly. Just what I needed.

Nice, spacious spot. The decor is pleasant and everything feels well looked after. Had a relaxed lunch here, it's a comfortable place to spend some time.

The Naga chilli dip with the poppadoms is a proper kick. Perfect for a quick lunch if you like serious heat. Got it to go, no fuss. Just what I needed.

Tried the beef bourguignon special. Good portion for the price, flavour was solid. Service kept up well despite the busy lunch rush.

Service was quick, staff were friendly. Had a nice chat with the waiter about the wine list, which was a thoughtful touch. Made the evening feel relaxed.

The jacket potato was spot on, honestly the best one I've had in ages. The teacake was pretty good too. Just a solid, simple lunch.

The bruschetta was really fresh, just the right amount of seasoning. The calamari too, crispy but not oily at all. Portions are generous, didn't feel like too much. A nice first visit.

Grabbed a last-minute takeaway afternoon tea. They were really nice about it even though the place was packed. The scones were still warm! Made for a good birthday bite.

Staff were super friendly, took time to explain the menu which was helpful. Felt looked after without being rushed.

Came for lunch, the portion sizes are huge. I ordered the pasta and couldn't finish it, ended up taking half home for dinner. Good for the price you pay.

Judy was lovely, really took the time to chat with my kids. Made the whole evening feel relaxed and easy. The lamb chops were cooked just right, too. A nice, friendly spot for a family meal.

Always busy, but the line moves fast. Got my chicken rice in under 10 minutes. Perfect for a quick lunch. Portion was decent for the price.

Been here a few times with the kids. They always go for the pancake stacks. Roxy, Lucy, and Jack are good with them, which helps. It's a solid spot for a family meal.

Came for a Christmas party. The private room was well set up, and the service was efficient. Staff kept things running smoothly.

The chips were just right - fluffy inside with a nice crunch. You can tell they use fresh potatoes. It's a simple, traditional place that focuses on quality ingredients.

The waffles were huge and so crispy, perfect for sharing with friends. The ice cream on top was a nice touch. Menu's got loads of options too, which is great for a group. Service was quick, no waiting around.

The garlic bread with cheese is a must-order to share! It's so good we almost didn't leave room for the pizza 😅

Decent spot for a cosy meal away from the seafront. The booths are comfortable for a quiet lunch.

Took the family here for a Sunday roast. The food was hot and came out quickly, which is a win with kids. I was impressed by their wine list - a solid Malbec that went perfectly with the beef. A reliable spot for a classic dinner.

Love the decor and art! The bathrooms were spotless, which is a nice touch for a night out with friends.

Came for a quiet lunch and it delivered. The space is really calm, with nice natural light and comfy chairs. My food arrived piping hot, which was a plus. Just a peaceful spot to unwind.

Chicken tikka butter masala was my quick lunch pick. Creamy, not heavy at all. Flavour's got real depth. Came out super fast, which is what I needed. Good portion for the price. Solid spot for a quick bite.

Even on a busy night, the food is worth the wait. Everything is cooked fresh to order, with really authentic, layered flavours - not just spice. The staff were so lovely and patient despite the rush.

The Bailey's Caramel dessert is a solid choice for sharing. Good portion for the price point. It's rich, but not overly sweet. Service was prompt when we ordered it.
