The lunch menu’s a solid deal—salad bowl plus salmon for €12.30. Portion was big enough that they boxed up the rest for my mum. 👍

Been coming here for a while now. The spaghetti frutti di mare is still as good as the first time I tried it. Place gets busy, but the food stays consistent.

Loved the vibe inside, super cozy like a little village house. Steak was really good, but the French onion soup? Kind of just onions in broth, not what I expected 😅

Stopped by for a quick bite. Food was solid, nothing fancy but tasty. Place has a relaxed vibe, easy to just sit and eat. Staff were friendly, made it feel welcoming. Maybe not a destination spot, but if you're nearby, it does the job.

We came for a celebration and got seated right away. Steak was spot on, medium rare like I asked. The house-made sour cream was a nice touch, not gonna lie. Only thing, the chairs are a bit stiff, so by the end of the meal I was shifting around a lot. Food was solid though, and the place wasn't too loud for a Friday.

We’ve eaten here so many times, and it never disappoints. The staff actually remembers us, which I love. Food is always solid, nothing fancy but done right. Place gets a bit loud on weekends, but that’s kind of part of the charm. Just a dependable spot we keep coming back to.

The gajar halwa was properly creamy, not dry like you often get. Carrot taste came through clean, sweetness was balanced. Portion felt a bit small for what they charge though. I'd order it again but maybe two.

The waiter sorted out my US card issue without a fuss, even let me settle up the next day. That kind of trust keeps me coming back.

Schnitzel special for €5.50 is a steal. Portion was decent, came out hot. Nothing fancy, but it hit the spot before heading up to the castle.

The chicken liver and herring were spot on, really well done. Pricey, but the historic room makes it worth it.

Been coming here for a while now. Food's always fresh, plates look good too. Staff remember you, that counts for something. Solid spot in Scharbeutz.

Stopped by for lunch and grabbed a window seat – that sea view really made it. Food was solid, staff friendly enough. Price was fair for what you got. Would come back with friends 👍

The view alone is worth stopping here. Right by the ocean, can't beat that. Food was solid, had the grilled fish and it was fresh. Staff friendly enough, no complaints. Just a bit busy when I went, but that's fine. Would sit outside again if the weather cooperates.

Stopped by for a drink, ended up eating too. Staff was friendly, even threw in a free oyster to taste. Nice spot to just hang out and watch the street. Food was decent, nothing crazy, but the vibe made it work. I'd come back if I'm in the area again.

The salmon was really good, but my friend’s steak came out undercooked. Service took a while too, though the staff stayed friendly. Decent spot for a casual catch-up, just don’t be in a rush 🙂

Been coming here for a while now. The baked potato with all the toppings never disappoints. Fair price too, just expect a wait when it's busy.

Came for the all-you-can-eat ribs and honestly, the meat was so tender. Great spot for a casual catch-up with friends. Service was quick too. 😊

The Kapitänsplatte was a solid pick for two, and the Butterfisch with Dijon sauce really stood out. Cozy little spot, though the owner’s teasing might catch you off guard. Just come ready to roll with it 😄

The basement room has that proper old-world vibe. Pork knuckle was solid, beer went down easy. Busy though, book ahead.

Been coming here for years, and the unlimited schnitzel deal keeps me hooked. First one with spicy hollandaise was spot on, second one took a bit longer and wasn't quite as good. Still, I'll be back.

Coffee’s solid, croissants are probably the best I’ve had in Hamburg. Had a quiche too, tasty. Cakes looked good but a bit pricey for the size. Quick stop, no fuss. Fine for a fast bite if you’re nearby.

Decent spot for a quick dinner. Got the schnitzel and it was cooked properly, not dry. Portion size is fair for the price. Service was efficient, no waiting around. Place gets a bit loud when full, but that's about it. Would come back if I'm in the area and need something reliable.

The ketchup here is actually really good. Slightly sweet, goes great with the fries. Who knew a condiment could stand out like that.

Nice place to chill. The food is quite tasty. Italian food, pizzas, pasta. Stuff was friendly. The building was under construction from outside, but it's not the fault of restaurant.

Service was friendly and quick, and they even gave the kids something to draw. The only downside was having to wait a bit to place our order and get the bill, but the food made up for it.

Stopped by for a quick lunch. Lasagna was solid, rich and filling. Pizza looked good too, but I only tried the lasagna. Service was friendly, no waiting around. Place was busy but I got my food fast. Good spot if you need a decent bite without wasting time.

Stopped by for coffee at the marina spot—nice relaxed vibe. Didn't eat, but the plates coming out looked solid. Would've loved a glass of wine with one, honestly.

We stop by this place whenever we're in town. Owner actually remembers us, which is kinda nice. Food's been solid every single time. Right by the market square too, so it's easy to find. Nothing fancy, but it works.

The pasta here was decent — I had the tagliatelle and it hit the spot. Prices are fair for the location, right by the square. Cozy enough inside, nothing fancy. Probably the best casual meal I've had in the area lately. Service was fine, no complaints.
