The tortilla española was solid and the sourdough tasted homemade, no complaints there. Portion felt a bit small for the price though. Left still a little hungry.

Food was decent, nothing crazy, but the beach vibe and service were solid. Just don't expect to eat in peace—vendors kept coming by our table every few minutes. Fine for a casual meal, though.

Beachfront tables right on the sand. Rib eye was solid, cooked well. Seafood's heavy on the sauce though—stick to the steak.

The camarones were cooked just right and the ceviche tasted really fresh. Friendly service too. Just remember it's cash only, which caught me off guard.

Right on the beach, breeze was nice. Food was solid—nothing fancy, but cooked well. Staff friendly enough, didn't have to wait long for anything. Clean bathrooms, which is always a plus. Valet parking saved us time. Good spot if you're already in the area and want a decent meal without the hassle.

The wood-fired pizzas here are really good, and Nathaniel knows what he's doing with the oven. Service was friendly and we didn't have to wait long for a table.

The grilled fish on risotto was really fresh, flaky and cooked just right. I liked that they didn't drown it in sauce, you could actually taste the fish. Caesar salad was fine, nothing crazy. We sat outside, nice breeze. Portions are decent for the price. Maybe a bit slow between courses, but I wasn't in a hurry.

Beautiful old house by the sea turned into a seafood spot. Fresh fish was really good, though prices run a bit high for Progreso. Quiet terrace made it worth it for me.

The owner clearly listened to the feedback about the music—way more chill now. Haven't tried the food yet, but I'm curious enough to come back for that.

Stopped by for lunch and split the ceviche and guacamole. So fresh, and the server was nice but not hovering. Solid spot for a quick bite by the sea.

The fried fish and shrimp octopus ceviche were really good. Prices felt fair too, almost cheap for seafood. Place is a few blocks from the beach, so worth the walk.

The guacamole was fresh and the tacos were solid, nothing mind-blowing but decent. I sat by the window and just watched the waves while eating, which honestly made the whole thing better. Service was friendly too. Place gets a bit busy around noon, but it's fine if you're not in a rush.

Birria tacos were solid. Got them while they still had some left. Margarita was strong too, not watered down. Staff was chill, made sure we were good. Place gets busy so go early. Wish they had more tortillas with the order though.

The arrachera was really good and the price felt fair for what you get. I had the strawberry margarita too, that was probably the highlight of my visit. The rooftop patio has an ocean view, which is a nice bonus if you can grab a seat up there. Just wish the service had been a bit quicker, but I'd still come back.

Stopped by a few times during our stay. Place is clean and the staff actually pays attention. Kids had room to move around without us worrying. Food was solid—nothing fancy, but it hit the spot every time. Fine for what it is.

The tasting menu was solid—smoked corn really stood out. Cocktails were on point too. Only letdown was the sea snail course, kinda chewy. Still a good pick if you're into fancy Mexican.

Stopped by for breakfast and grabbed the Egg Maya Muffin—honestly that thing was solid. The homemade marmalade on the side was the real highlight for me. Fresh juice too. Service was friendly, kept it simple. Place felt a bit busy but whatever, food came out quick enough.

English menus made ordering easy. Staff were helpful enough. Decent spot if you need a quick bite with a group. Veggie options available too.

Came for the live band, stayed because the staff actually paid attention. Fernando and Carlos kept the drinks coming, Eunice checked on us more than once. For what we paid, the service alone made it worth it. Band was loud but that's the point, right? Solid spot if you're not in a rush.

The tacos here are actually really good for a bar spot 🍻 my friends and I came for drinks but ended up ordering a second round of quesadillas. Live music was a nice touch too.
