The staff here really pay attention. They noticed my water glass was low before I even had to ask. It’s a small thing, but it makes the whole meal feel so much more relaxed. The place is spotless and the chairs are actually comfortable.

The seafood rice bowl was pretty good, generous portion with fatty tuna. Yellowtail sashimi was decent, tempura fine. A solid lunch spot.

The vegan ramen was really tasty. I was surprised by how big the portion was for the price. Definitely a good spot if you're looking for something filling.

The pizza was pretty good. A bit expensive for the area, but the crust was nice and crisp, and the toppings were fresh. It's a decent spot for a casual meal in Hakuba.

The pizza here is pretty good, probably one of the better ones I've had. They were fine with making a vegetarian version for me. The crust was decent, nice and chewy. A bit on the pricier side, but it was a solid meal.

The ambiance at Mimi's is lovely, and the cocktails crafted by Danté are a highlight of the evening. A perfect spot for a special occasion!

The beef sushi here is what I come for. The texture is just so tender and smooth, melts in your mouth. They use a tablet to order, which is handy. Food arrives fast. That's pretty much it.

The wagyu beef taco was a standout. I had it with a glass of their house red, which cut through the richness nicely. The shinshu chicken was good, though the portion felt a bit small for the price.

Came for the mochi pizza and craft beer combo on a Tuesday night. It was super quiet, just a few other tables. The pizza was chewy and warm, perfect with the cold beer. A nice, relaxed spot.

The music here is just right for hanging out. My friends and I ended up staying way longer than we planned, just chatting. It's that kind of cozy, eclectic spot.

The lemon cream cheese muffin was the highlight for me. Perfectly moist, with a lovely tangy cream cheese swirl. Paired it with their coffee, which is always solid. A nice little treat.

Walked in and got a seat, no problem. The ramen broth was the main thing. Rich, porky tonkotsu flavor, not too salty. Noodles had a good firmness. The chashu was tender but maybe a bit lean for my taste. That's what I remember.

Waited in the snow for this little spot. The okonomiyaki was so good, and watching it get made right in front of you is half the fun.

Been coming here for years. The semi-buffet is still solid, though I do wish the selection was a bit bigger.

Came here after getting off at Yudanaka Station, super easy to find. The building is old and charming, really cool vibe. But honestly, for what you get, the prices felt a bit high. My main dish was good, but the portion was on the smaller side.

Just had the grilled fish here after a day on the slopes. It was so fresh and flaky, super easy to share with friends. The yuzu beer was the perfect cold drink to cap it off. Great spot to unwind together.

I'm a regular here. The butter garlic chicken is always a solid choice. I usually pair it with their house red, which complements the rich flavors nicely. A bit on the pricier side, but you get what you pay for.

Had a nice dinner here. The English-speaking waitress was very helpful with the menu, which was appreciated. The food was pretty good, felt authentic. Staff were decent even though the place was quite busy.
