The pineapple shrimp rice was solid—well-seasoned and fresh. Upstairs seating was a nice escape from the heat. A decent spot for a casual bite in Maafushi.

The fish is priced by weight, which I appreciate. Freshness was spot on, and the portion felt fair for what we paid. Reasonable for the quality.

The biscuit fudge was the only thing I cared about. Sweet, dense, that rich chocolate hit. Got one to go and finished it before I left the block. Maybe a bit heavy if you eat the whole piece, but that’s on me. Worth the stop if you’ve got a sweet tooth.

Stopped by for dinner after seeing the beachfront setup. Tuna tartare had a nice little kick, and the Maldives chicken curry was properly spiced. Plating looks good, you can tell they care about presentation. It’s definitely more expensive than the other spots on Maafushi though. Fine for a treat, but not an everyday place for me.

Love the sand floor! So unique. The open-air seating feels really fresh with all the wall plants. It's a nice, relaxed vibe for a healthy meal.

Came back three times in ten days. Steak and lobster were spot on every single time. They keep the lobsters right in the ocean — that freshness shows.

Been coming here for years—still the cheapest decent meal in Malé. Service stays friendly, no fuss. Just wish they'd open a bit later on weekends.

I had a delicious mutton biriyani here, cooked to perfection with plenty of tender meat. The service was quick and friendly, enhancing the overall experience.

This is a truly recommended place in Malé, ideal for special moments or enjoying a wonderful meal with a beautiful view.

Loved the lagoon. Clearest water I've seen in Maldives. Riya took care of us the whole time, super warm. Food was solid too. Peaceful spot, no complaints.

Jen Shangri-La’s rooftop restaurant offers breathtaking views of the Indian Ocean and city skyline, making it a perfect spot for a romantic dinner or special occasion. The ambiance is both elegant and comfortable, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Been coming here for years. Pizza still tastes the same, which is a good thing. Prices fair for what you get. Takeout was ready in about 20 mins. Solid spot.

The chicken curry was the standout. Rich gravy, not too heavy, and the meat fell apart clean. Fried fish was decent too, fresh catch. Place gets crowded around dinner, so expect a wait, but the food held up. Would eat that curry again.
