Each Japanese chef has a different style. I've eaten at several restaurants before, but I personally think this one is delicious and special. The environment is good. The location is large, so you need to make an appointment in advance. Sitting at the bar allows you to watch the chef make sushi, which is a visual enjoyment. The ingredients are very fresh, especially the sea urchin, which is very delicious. The environment of the whole restaurant is very quiet.

I love sushi so much. When I go to Tokyo, I must try this sushi restaurant. There are many choices, including many unique sushi. I like shellfish sushi the most. It is very fresh, sweet and delicious, and chewy. I recommend it.
