Each Japanese chef has a different style. I&#39;ve eaten at several restaurants before, but I personally think this one is delicious and special. The environment is good. The location is large, so you need to make an appointment in advance. Sitting at the bar allows you to watch the chef make sushi, which is a visual enjoyment. The ingredients are very fresh, especially the sea urchin, which is very delicious. The environment of the whole restaurant is very quiet.

银座这里的一家高级寿司店哦，里面的生牛肉很不错哦，主要还是牛肉的品质比较的好，青花鱼比国内好吃的多，没有国内这么的腥哦。

I&#39;ve heard they specialize in meat dishes, and just looking at them is exciting. Beyond the meat, the other appetizers are also meticulously prepared. From the roasted sweet potatoes to the steamed buns made with rice wine lees, every dish on the menu is exciting. The eggplant, in my opinion, is the most delicious. It&#39;s a fusion of flavors and textures, with the fluffy texture of the eggplant, the ethnic seasoning, and the refreshing taste of the whitebait.

Roppongi, a French restaurant, has won two Michelin stars for eight consecutive years. Lunch starts at 5,800 (the same dinner costs 9,000 and lacks an appetizer), and reservations can be made a week in advance. Putting these sentences together, rounded up to &quot;a great deal&quot;.

In fact, you get what you pay for. I don&#39;t know if a dinner of 20,000 can taste the taste of money. 5,800 is not up to the expectations of Michelin two stars.

The course content can be roughly summarized as follows:

1. The soup looks good. It doesn&#39;t have much of a shady taste. You can buy some white asparagus at home and try to restore it to 50%. 50% is one star.

2. The charred and bitter fish. It washed away the sweetness left in the mouth by the previous soup. It&#39;s a bit difficult to cut and hard to maintain the demeanor. I have a prejudice against it.

4. The protagonist&#39;s fish dish. I don&#39;t understand why the broad beans don&#39;t go well with the taste?
5. The protagonist&#39;s meat dish. This one is really good. Unfortunately, I was already full after eating this.
6. Desserts. Except for sorbet and black tea, which relieved some bloating, the rest were too sweet and too strong. It reminded me of Aux merveilleux de Fred in Kagurazaka, and my teeth ached. I gave up in the end.

Matsukawa, once the No. 1 restaurant in Japan by Tabelog. Many customers can only make an appointment once a year. I am lucky enough to know the Japanese intelligence, and I have tried it twice, in July 2018 and May 2019. The original appointment was for March 2020, but due to the epidemic, I couldn&#39;t go to the site. So the appointment became January 28, 2021. It&#39;s really a standard once-a-year meeting.

Every dish of theirs is very appetizing as soon as it is served, with a rich aroma and very tempting. The taste is very crispy, tender and smooth. The rich sauce wraps the ingredients, and the sauce fills your mouth when you bite it. Moreover, the ingredients are very fresh, the quantity is also sufficient, and the cost performance is super high. I will definitely come again next time I have the chance.

The food was good but the service was truly outstanding. The staff, especially the Nepalese, were very friendly. It was a great experience and I will definitely be back for the welcoming atmosphere and excellent service.
