Tentoten

A traditional Okinawan noodle restaurant. The exterior of this restaurant is very unique. The whole building is surrounded by lush green plants. From a distance, you wouldn't know it's a noodle shop! According to the introduction, the noodles are made by hand using banyan tree ash water. It's very unique and flavorful. The environment inside the restaurant is also very comfortable!

I ate there on the way to Shuri Castle. The environment was very good. Japanese restaurants were generally very clean. The service staff was very friendly. The menu was basically understandable. Some restaurants had Chinese menus. It was very convenient. The price was acceptable.

It is said to be near Kokusai-dori, but it is actually a bit far away. However, the soba noodles here are said to be very authentic. The food here, plus the environment of a small scenic shop, I feel good.

We had soba here, it was very authentic, I think it was the best in Okinawa, and even better than I thought, if I have the chance, I will definitely go again.
