Sobe Soba

This is a small seafood restaurant. The store is not really big, but the environment is very cozy to me. The fish sashimi dishes here really guarantee the original and fresh taste!

A friend brought me to this restaurant, and he had to use a map to find it! The restaurant is located in a residential area, a 15-minute walk from Pingchuan Railway Station. The mustard noodles here are simple, with delicious clear soup and tender pork slices. What I enjoyed most was the cozy atmosphere of the restaurant, which is really suitable for a small gathering with friends to enjoy delicious mustard noodles together.

Chube is a very famous soba noodle shop in Okinawa. I ordered a cartilage noodle for 650 yen. It was really good value for money. There were 3 large pieces of cartilage, which were stewed very soft. The boss said that the cartilage had been boiled for 5 hours. It tasted like the cartilage was almost completely melted. Although it is soba, his soba is made of 100% wheat flour like other soba in Okinawa, but it does not contain buckwheat flour at all, but it still tastes smooth and Okinawan. Then the soup made from sardines and pork is refreshing and comfortable, and it is served with pork belly, kelp and other side dishes. It is really unique. The store has a simple Ryukyu style, a good environment and affordable prices!
